Backend / AI engineer focused on building and stabilizing systems that work with real world data. Recently built and deployed a production RAG system (Python, FastAPI, React, Qdrant), including hybrid retrieval, ingestion, and backend APIs with improved retrieval quality and system stability as dataset scaled (ranking fixes, logging, debugging workflows). Previously, 10+ years building and owning backend, data, and operational systems (ERP, BI, internal tools) with strong experience with messy data, integrations, and production debugging. Delivered full systems end-to-end, including APIs, data pipelines, and internal tools, and led technical delivery across cross-functional teams in complex corporate environments.
