I worked in the service industry for several years, honing my skills in client relations. I am a certified communications technician with an expertise in customer education. Most recently, I was the Human Resources Generalist for a foundry where I successfully maintained an environment of positive employee relations amongst a diverse workforce. Currently, I work as a technical consultant researching projects, programming and presenting results.
