Web Developer and Software Engineer

I am 25, have been programming since I was about 15 after stumbling into a hackerspace and started freelancing directly after school. I've been working for a research institute writing scientific software the past few years but am always looking for new challenges. In my free time I've reverse engineered laser cutters, written JPEG decoders, a MIDI sequence definition language and designed simple PCBs (and much more). Beside that I have professional experience in Web Development, Databases, Crawlers, Embedded and Microcontroller Programming, Medical Technology and Scientific as well as Science Communication Applications.
