Richard Midwinter is an experienced professional with 20 years in software architecture and development across healthcare, media, and secure government sectors, ranging from startups to multinational defense consultancies. He has held Project CTO and technical lead roles, demonstrating extensive experience in leading dozens of projects through the entire SDLC in highly technical environments with significant legal requirements.
