Senior Engineer and Manager

I'm a founding engineer and senior member at a startup where I've lead multiple teams in building 3 products. I attend most product and technical meetings and currently manage a colleague.
I'm really enjoying the leadership and managerial work I'm doing and would like to orient my career in a way that allows me to do more of that. So, I prefer opportunities with strong managerial and leadership components.
