Senior MLOps & LLM Engineer

Mehmet Burak Sayici is a highly accomplished AI/MLOps engineer with 4 years of remote experience working with US companies and global teams. He co-authored a Stanford-affiliated AI paper and currently leads the AI Interview App at Career.io, integrating LLMs, vector search (Chroma), and agent-based feedback loops. Previously, he was the first engineer to build Gesund’s MLOps platform, a company later recognized by CB Insights AI 100 (2024). His experience also includes managing $400k+ software contracts and representing Gesund in meetings with FDA & White House officials. He has extensive experience in building LLM+RAG POCs and developing MLOps systems for energy forecasting.
