Tech Lead with Java and Reactor experience

Over 2 decades of hands on SW dev experience in various roles, recently mostly as tech lead. Types of projects: mostly backend/API, some embedded (ANSI C). Large projects involving large amounts of code, functionality, people, and transaction volume. Projects with unique requirements like extreme performance AND reliability requirements, etc. I like difficult / non-standard projects. I like helping projects in trouble (trouble delivering, trouble with performance/reliability, trouble retaining people, etc.) I love solving hard technical problems, design for extreme efficiency and reliability, design for minimum maintenance.
