IT Professional Seeking Growth Opportunity

I am a ambitious, open-minded, knowledge-absorbing-sponge of a young IT professional that is looking to sink my teeth into something interesting. I did helpdesk/Jr Admin stuff for a small company for about 3 years before I had to make the tough decision to pursue a position that offers actual benefits (Retirement/Health Insurance). The opportunity I was presented with was not in an IT position, rather leaning on my BBA credential and Data Analytics experience. I have learned through trial and error that a lot of my personal happiness came from being able to exercise my interests and passion in technology every day, and I would love to be able to return to that. I graduated college with a BBA in Information Technology in 2020, have completed a cybersecurity bootcamp, and got my Security+. I also homelab in my spare time. I'm looking for an opportunity that will let me learn and grow quickly, especially somewhere with a mentor program. System Administration, Security Analyst, etc.
