Junior Software Engineer

I'm a junior software engineer with about 1.5 years of experience at a large fintech company. I don't have a technical degree but I'm interested in computer science and like to read about it in my spare time. I'm looking for a company that has a strong engineering culture where I can learn from experienced mentors and grow quickly. Would prefer moderately-sized/larger companies over smaller ones.
