Senior Engineering Manager

Senior Engineering Manager looking for new opportunities. An experienced backend developer, with 11 years of experience as a people manager, enjoys a hands-on approach to coaching and mentoring developers. Technical leadership and strategic decisions is my main focus, mixed with some flair for taking in new knowledge and technologies. Ideally looking for new management opportunities with possibilities for driving a mix of software engineers to greater success as teams and as individuals and engaging either as IC or at least with a practical technical leadership.
