Machine Learning Engineer with DevOps Skills

I have 6 years of experience, mostly back-end. Currently on the machine learning team at a startup where I have been building and maintaining LLM-based products in production, architected and implemented the platform code powering all of our LLM offerings, and functioned as tech lead for our main RAG system. I have a very devopsy mindset, previous founder experience, and experience quickly building and iterating on MVPs from scratch. Ideally looking for somewhere I would be a very early engineer and get to set the direction, or somewhere where I could work in a non-Python, non-TypeScript language.
