Experienced Rust Programmer Seeking Career Transition

I am a self-taught programmer with a drive for continuous learning, I have been writing code for 20 years and have a deep interest in technology. Rust is my language of choice; I have been using Rust for about 3 years and would love to transition into a Rust centered career. I have been tasked with implementing dynamic server-driven UI frameworks, creating real-time and batch processes for handling financial data, facilitated agile engineering improvement sessions for multiple teams, and I have led architectural design discussions to improve overall engineering practices.
