Senior Software Engineer

Hi! I have been working as a software engineer for over a decade now, with about 5 years of that being in various technical leadership roles. I have extensive experience with end to end ownership of the entire technological stack for a team, everything from writing code for product features to automating infrastructure and running things in production. I joined a startup in early 2023 as the lead software engineer. I am extremely proud of the dedication and results the engineering team managed to achieve - we built a complex and functional platform in only a couple of months - but unfortunately, the business did not manage to take off before funding ran out. As a result, I am open to new opportunities. I've worked at several different companies at different scales, including two successful unicorns with platforms used by millions of users. I also have experience running my own (tiny) software consultancy. I enjoy my work and do it with pride. In addition to just working on code, I am passionate about creating environments where others are excited to build great software. I would be happy to take on a senior or technical leadership role.
