Senior Software Engineer and Mentor

Making software for 35+ years.. Seen quite some things and places.. and attitudes. Been all, bottom to top, wearing many hats, always hands-on. Have my own python course, coding style, some open-source stuff, and even opinions on things. Principal or Staff or Master engineer, Architect, CTO, co-founder.. very senior programmer. Most interested in Mentoring team’s - newbies or not - as a playing trainer, within the team and the project/work. Or advising, on organisational levels, how to do things better. Anyway will still code things.. But no politics. IMO The interesting part of making software, is the people, while technicals.. are solvable. i can guide people how to think correctly. While building something good, together. Probably i will ruin quite some illusions.. because in software making, what's doable, sellable, wanted, and needed, rarely overlap.. But when they do, the dream comes true. Let’s find it.. May relocate anywhere to stay with the team, as IMO 'remote' does not work for any knowledge-or-culture -building activities.
