Python-based SWE/Data Scientist

I am a Graduate Computer Science student at Stony Brook University. I am experienced in Python-based frameworks like Django, FastAPI and Flask, frontend and deployment technologies like Docker, Amazon AWS, GCP and Github Actions. I have worked as a full-stack developer at various early-stage startups. I work as a Research Assistant at the Biomedical Informatics Department at Stony Brook. I help fine-tune deep learning models on whole slide images for the detection of tumours. Apart from that, I also help with new features, integration of our CLI tool with other software and deployment/Dockerization of the pipeline. I am graduating in May 2024 and am looking for full-time roles as an SWE/Data Scientist. Let's connect!
