Principal Distributed Systems Engineer Seeking Work in Europe

I am a Principal level distributed systems engineer in the US who would love to move to Europe and would require visa sponsorship to do so. I currently make in the 400k TC range and am willing to take less for this opportunity, but not 1/3 which is what I've seen in previous searches, and is why I'm putting this post out there just in case. I have over 12 years of experience as a software engineer across a variety of stacks. Over the last 6 I have specialized in stream processing, distributed systems, and data storage working on systems that handle millions of messages per second. I generally write code in JVM languages but have experience with many and am eager to learn anything. If it sounds like I might be a fit please let me know, thank you!
