Full-stack Engineer with DevOps Focus

Shafiq Ur Rehman is a Bachelor of Computer Science student and a backend-focused software engineer with strong hands-on experience building and deploying full-stack systems. He has worked on production-grade MERN and Next.js applications, including an LMS, e-commerce platform, real-time messaging with Socket.IO, and authentication systems with JWT and OAuth. He has a growing focus on infrastructure and distributed systems, using Docker for all deployments and actively learning Kubernetes, cloud-native architecture, and internal workings of systems like etcd and kube-apiserver. He enjoys backend internals, reliability, and security-oriented engineering. Previously, he worked as a Software Engineering Fellow at Headstart AI.
