Senior Backend & AI Product Engineer

Pranjal Aswani is a Senior Backend Engineer with 7+ years of experience in building high-reliability systems, particularly in cross-border payments, fintech, and AI products. Key achievements include migrating critical transaction-processing services from Perl to Go while maintaining 99.99% uptime on systems moving $10B+ annually, building a Kafka-based event pipeline to improve personalization and cut P99 latency, and founding BareLab (an AI skincare app) where he built the entire stack solo, including FastAPI, Postgres, multi-LLM integration, RAG, Flutter apps, and GCP deployment through to App/Play Store launch.
