They have a strong background in distributed systems, having shipped a Go service handling 100k messages/sec, and led a team to build open-source IaC (ernest.io). For the last 18 months, they have been running structured AI workflows in production, including specialist agents and batch runs. Adrià is open to senior IC, AI platform, or harness-engineering roles in small teams with end-to-end product ownership, and is stack-agnostic. They are located in Barcelona, Spain, available remotely with flexible hours and US/UK overlap, but not willing to relocate.
