Senior AI Architect

A-Team is seeking a Senior AI Architect for full-on missions involving autonomous agent orchestration and enterprise-scale RAG. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in software engineering and 3+ years architecting end-to-end AI systems, is 70%+ hands-on, and desires technical decision-making ownership. This role offers rates of $120–$170/hr for contractors or $200k-$260k TC as an FTE. A-Team is building a selective network of top 1% independent product builders for transformative custom-AI Solutions for clients like Lyft, PepsiCo, and a16z startups. The role targets candidates in the Americas/EST for real-time collaboration with East Coast HQ clients.
