Tech Lead with Full Stack Experience

currently a tech lead @ enterprise, about 7 years of exp as full stack engineer and was mngmt before (CTO @ startup), working with ML/AI now as well - I love my current position and product but I'm slowly getting burned out by people around me, leadership is great but we aren't getting better engineers sadly and I wish to work with more competent people or need a new product/company
