Backend Systems Software Engineer

I'm a very technically skilled software engineer with a broad range of experience, but primarily focused on developing robust backend systems. I have a preferred set of languages (Rust, Go, TypeScript) that I find covers the vast majority of problems, but I know others if there is a good reason to use something else. For the past year or so, I've taken a deep interest in LLMs from an application standpoint, and I've done a fair bit of exploration of that. So, if you have a problem that would benefit from an LLM, then I would definitely also be interested in discussing that. What I primarily want at the moment is balance and flexibility. Not a requirement, but if you're willing to offer me a 4 day (32 hour) work week, that would be very compelling. Finding a company that takes good care of their employees is a requirement for me.
