As a former Contracting Officer in the Air Force, I utilize my experience on both sides of the negotiating table to help IT companies Find-Write-Win both Federal and State level contracts. I have helped numerous companies with contract capture, bid writing, federal competitive analytics, and pricing agreements with over $108M in career wins. The most common challenges I’ve seen are a lack of: - Streamlined procedures around Contract Capture, - Outreach to Contracting Officers, - Access to the best deals (oftentimes requiring Pricing Agreements). After working nearly 10 years in the industry I have developed a holistic offering to government contracting. Including automations and LLM’s across scraping RFX’s, filtering for scope, and developing a base proposal.
