• Orchestrating a plan at a Series B startup to expand the engineering department from 25 to over 80 employees as the company size doubled and two more rounds were raised totaling $143 million
• Ensuring that 50% of my 11 direct reports achieved promotions, while maintaining 0% turnover for two years (2021-2023)
• Championing greenfield project launches, contributing to an additional $60 million in revenue
• Won a global hackathon put on by the US State Department to help deter the use of illegal animal products and unethical farming practices during online shopping
