CTO/Head of Engineering with Microservices and GCP Expertise

An experienced Engineering leader with a career arc from IC to EM to Head of Engineering to CTO over approximately 6 years. Led Stream.cz, Czech Republic's largest video platform, and was instrumental in PCI DSS certification twice and co-built payment infrastructure at Kiwi.com. Holds an ML thesis on neural network anomaly detection (2016). Currently CTO at Spaceflow, where they successfully navigated a severe downturn, managed layoffs, ran the platform on a skeleton crew, and rebuilt. Still hands-on daily and GCP certified, but focused on optimizing engineering organizations.
