Senior Rust & LLM Agent Engineer

Experienced Senior Engineer and Founder with 12+ years of experience, specializing in Rust and LLM agent systems for the last ~2 years. Proven ability to take ambiguous problems to shipped systems solo, with strong expertise in hard systems work in Rust and LLM evaluation/verification/orchestration. Key achievements include building a Rust CDP/browser-automation driver from scratch, developing multi-agent orchestration with an LLM judge/eval layer, creating an AI harness for agent-to-agent communication, and writing an architectural linter for Rust codebases. Prior experience includes leading high-throughput messaging infrastructure and national-scale public data platforms. Interested in senior/staff IC or founding-engineer roles, or focused AI contract work, particularly in agent infrastructure, dev tooling, LLM eval, and automation. Comfortable with fully async remote work across US/EU hours.
