Full-stack Web Developer with 2yrs experience

I'm a full-stack Web dev with about 2yrs in production environments, as well as a scattering of freelance work/side projects and >5yrs prior experience running support desks in various capacities (including one that also involved some Scrum Master work). I'm primarily self-taught, in ways that are fueled by -- in varying parts -- a DIY habit, a distaste or depending on cloud vendors, troubleshooting dives, and an urge to automate out tasks I (or other people) don't want to do. (That last one is where I'd say my best work tends to be.) I enjoy excuses to expand on this, and have a few other areas of curiosity beyond the ones I'd actually call an expertise, ranging from DevOps to cybersecurity to ML. Longer-term, I really want to work on open-source and/or Web infrastructure (examples of orgs that catch my attention include Mozilla, GitLab, and Element), but in the immediate one I don't have strong opinions about mission fit right now, as my core focus after a particularly traumatizing previous workplace is to find someplace that operates differently. So much so that I've been on a Web scraping rabbit hole for the last several months, building a bot to doomscroll job boards for me so that I have an escape hatch if it ever happens again.
