Staff software engineer with 10+ YOE. Started in PHP, moved to Rails & Elixir for the past decade. I love designing software, resolving long-term technical debt, and learning new languages. Always happy to learn if necessary. Hoping to continue to grow into more leadership positions, but I'm amenable to any role so long as it drives successful business outcomes. I've generally been moved between teams to help mentor junior engineers, and solve any sticky problems that others have struggled with. I'm also comfortable wearing many hats including Product management, Architecture, Engineering Management, Customer Success, QA, Sales, and more, though I'm predominantly looking at Staff+ IC roles. Currently focused on W2 full-time opportunities but also open to 1099 roles. Look forward to hearing from you soon!
