Full-stack LLM Engineer

Temuulen is a full-stack engineer with 3 years of experience, capable of building and running production systems end-to-end solo. They have successfully launched a government health-surveillance platform (MoveMongolia) and built internal DevOps tooling and an IT-operations platform for a bank. Their expertise includes shipping AI/LLM products, specifically RAG on pgvector, Claude tool calling and streaming, and multi-tenant SaaS with billing. Temuulen is seeking a small team where they can take ownership of projects from end to end, open to full-time roles or a paid trial/contract.
