Generalist Developer and Tech Co-founder

I am a hands-on generalist developer. Co-founded blockchain analytics startup, built backend/infra up from zero. Also worked in gamedev (industry and indie) as graphics/engine programmer. Participated in competitive programming in the past (two-time ICPC finalist) and present (Kazakhstan's 2024 finals). The best fit is a tech co-founder/early employee role at a frugal startup - love to wear all the hats at once. At this time I am specifically looking for offline/hybrid opportunities with relocation/visa support. Starting remotely is fine, but permanently remote position is probably not wanted, unless for some unique opportunity - while I enjoy working from a comfort of my room, working remotely across country borders was isolating.
