Software Engineer with 2+ years of experience

Hi there, I'm a Software Engineer with 2+ years of experience with a can-do approach to life and I'm looking for opportunities to grow further. I went through a whole lot (professionally) for the past two years, a way from my first internship up to being a team leader and trying to guide others. As I was growing more and more I understood that I need a change of environment to optimize this process, mainly because I feel like I need to work with people that are a lot more experienced than me.
