Senior Software Engineer and Mentor

Making software for 35+ years.. Seen quite some things.. and attitudes. Always hands-on. Looking for a role of Mentor, Principal or Staff engineer, Architect, CTO, co-founder, team lead.. or very senior programmer. Full-time or part-time a-la Fractional. Few hours per week? or Few months? okay. Have my own week-long crash-course in Python, 100 people been through it. i am most interested in mentoring - personal or team, newbies or not - as a playing trainer - in the team and project, OR consulting / advising, how to do things better (Last gig did tech-pitching for a scaleup - which was acquired). OR.. just interesting work with interesting people. Fiddling with things.. anyway will still code stuff.. But no office politics, plz. IMO The interesting part of making software, is the people, while technicals.. are solvable. And, Fun is important 4th factor in the functionality-quality-deadlines Trinity. May relocate anywhere to stay with the team, as IMO 'remote' does not work for any knowledge-or-culture -building activities.
