I’m a detail-oriented engineering leader with deep experience in software development, performance-driven team leadership, and organizational development. I’m passionate about using my technical expertise, people skills, and business acumen to mentor and develop high-performing teams and solve business problems. Throughout my career, I have consistently demonstrated success in these areas. Founded/Co-founded two startups. Exited both successfully. My ideal role is helping an organization mature/transform/scaleup their engineering teams & practice as a VP/Head/Director/Sr EM of Engineering. Grow from first few engineers to 50+.
