Principal Full-Stack Design Engineer

Gilli is a design engineer with over 15 years of experience taking products from 0 to 1. They work across the full stack, from design systems and frontend to backend and infrastructure, and have shipped products across AI, FinTech, media, insurance, and health. Gilli recently led a product redesign across an AI suite at Miðeind and was a Technical Design Lead at JPMorgan Chase. They also designed and built the redesign for RÚV, Iceland's national broadcaster. Gilli has built and sold their own products, Baseline (a digital asset management tool) and Norde (an icon manager). They enjoy working on complex products with good teams, pick up new tech easily, and value clear communication and proper execution.
