PhD Candidate in SSDs and Hardware-Software Coordination

Hi, I’m an about-to-graduate PhD candidate at UCSC, working in SSDs and hardware-software coordination. I’ve worked in the block layer on filesystems and on a userspace shim layer to enable intelligent placement of data on ZNS SSDs with log-structured systems like RocksDB and WiredTiger.
