DevOps Engineer & Tooling Specialist

Hey! I'm Brad, a software engineer in the SoCal area with ~5 years of experience across the stack. I've spent time doing data engineering, traditional Java microservices/APIs, minimal front-end work, but have found my passion in developer experience and tooling. Have a strong history of creating CI/CD solutions on an enterprise scale, from autoscaling Jenkins workers on Kubernetes, creating standardized deployment pipelines for 1000s of microservices, improving build times and lowering compute costs, and creating custom infra-as-code solutions wrapping Terraform, Python/boto3, and Ansible. I'm a huge proponent of DevOps and actually fully owning the product from creation to deployment to production support, and happily able to do each step. I'd love to work on anything in the SWE backend space or developer tooling, and definitely interested in getting deeper on highly performant services. Happy to chat!
