Backend Engineer with experience in Python, Scala, AWS and databases

I'm a backend engineer with about 5-6 years of experience. I've been programming since I was about 13. I've worked across a spectrum of companies from seed stage to 10,000 people - including Jane Street and Twitter - which has given me a useful perspective on healthy and unhealthy orgs and what good growth looks like. My work experience has been in API development, ETL pipeline tooling, and devops. Personally, I spend a lot of time automating things in my own life and tinkering with ML
