Senior Software Architect & Engineer

Robin Siep is a senior engineer and software architect with approximately 10 years of experience, specializing in working with teams facing growth, complexity, or delivery pressure. They take end-to-end technical responsibility from system design through implementation and production operation, while remaining hands-on in delivery. Recent work includes leading architecture, implementation, and operational ownership of a distributed platform for venture capital workflows, and building/maintaining a production survey fulfillment system. Both engagements involved mentoring and coordinating engineers alongside delivery. Primarily available for contract work, but open to longer-term roles.
