Lead Web3 Backend Engineer

10+ years building backend services, data pipelines, and on-chain infrastructure. Most recently founding engineer at Moar Market (leveraged farming on Aptos, ~$7.5M peak TVL) — owned the full stack: Move contracts, indexers, off-chain liquidation engine, DB design, and infra end-to-end. Before that, tech lead at Hubble Exchange — built a custom EVM-forked L1 for orderbook perps that scaled to 50,000 TPS and 30M+ transactions, including the matching engine, indexing stack, and an SDK for market makers. Earlier: backend at Zomato (Hyperpure greenfield) and Delhivery (WMS, marketplace integrations with Amazon/Paytm). Recent side project: Deploy Terminal — an MCP-based trading terminal exposing Hyperliquid execution to LLM agents (Claude Code, openclaw etc.) with non-custodial wallet signing via Privy TEE. Looking for senior/lead engineer roles in web3, fintech, quant infra, and agentic solutions. Comfortable owning systems end-to-end; prefers small teams shipping fast over large orgs. Open to starting with part-time/fixed duration projects for a trial period.
