Full Stack Developer with Backend Preference

I am a full stack developer with preference for backend work nearing a decade of professional experience. I've built many greenfield projects and maintained legacy systems. Very comfortable up and down the stack. I've built myself GIS applications, video transcoding pipelines, automated linear TV channels, video streaming applications, license plate readers, offline-first web applications, web scrapers, a Foursquare-like and Netflix-like applications and more. I've personally built toys with computer vision, ML and AI tools as well but I am interested in more work one day around drones and GIS but I'm open for any challenge. Because I had to explain to others recently, I am a US citizen, my past work took me to the south Pacific and then covid and my wife's visa processing took years so I just returned to the States. I had quite the experience on various projects through my personal consulting adventures and working for an ISP while I was there.
