Software Engineer specializing in performance optimization

Software Engineer with 6 years of experience, working on simulation of sparse linear systems (lots of C/C++ and linear algebra). I'm part of the performance optimization team at my company, so I work on anything from multithreading to core algorithmic improvements. I'm interested in the low-level world, especially if it has to do with software performance. I'm used to working with large legacy codebases, but have also lead a few greenfield/brownfield projects.
