AI Platform Software Engineer

Platform Engineer who started as a dev and treats the role as primarily SWE. Possesses 5+ years of experience, primarily in startup founding roles, building platforms from zero to scale. Recent work includes building and productizing a European managed multi-cloud/BYOC Kubernetes PaaS, shipping multiple multi-tenant SaaS (50+ microservices) on EKS/GCP with advanced scheduling, networking, and tenant isolation, and focusing on durable AI agents with memory/context management, safety guardrails, and real-time latency optimization. Seeking roles at the intersection of AI, Infrastructure/Platforms, and developer experience, specifically to solve problems related to long-running agentic workloads, AI memory, durability, real-time requirements, cost optimization, and developer unblocking. Prefers early-stage startup or startup-within-larger-org environments with international and culturally diverse teams. Desired work split is 50%+ hands-on building, 30% dev enablement, and 20% other glue work.
