Full-Stack AI-Native Systems Engineer

Joe Cardoso is a Canadian citizen Full-Stack Software Engineer specializing in building agentic systems and full-stack infrastructure that are self-shipping, self-observing, and autonomous. He was a founding contributor at NimbleBrain, where he designed the agentic loop and workflow engine for AI agents. He also co-created Vispyr, a self-hosted observability platform on AWS with automated infrastructure provisioning, OTel instrumentation, and a full Grafana telemetry stack. Additionally, he contributed to Mozilla Firefox, focusing on accessibility and DevTools CSS refactors. He is comfortable with AI-native toolchains including RAG, vector databases, MCP, and context engineering, and uses Claude Code daily.
