Senior Consulting Engineer (AI/Production Systems)

A small group of senior consulting engineers specializing in helping non-technical AI founders transition MVPs to production-ready systems. They act as fractional founding engineers, focusing on code review, architecture fixes, and shipping products. They are looking for experienced engineers who enjoy advising non-technical founders, are comfortable reviewing AI-generated code (Next.js, TypeScript, Python, major cloud providers), have shipped production systems end-to-end, can explain technical trade-offs, have used AI tools in personal projects or daily workflow, and can handle architecture reviews, roadmap planning, and hands-on implementation. The role is part-time/contract (5-20 hours/week), fully remote with US daytime overlap, working directly with early-stage AI founders on short, high-leverage projects.
