Electronic Trading Platform Developer

Currently building out an electronic trading platform at an Investment Bank, varied mix of work around algos, execution analysis, order/market data gateways, UI backends, etc. Good fun but I've been here a while so starting to look out for opportunities to broaden my horizons, maybe join a startup? Particularly interested in fintech, logistics, and live events/music sectors. Open to learning new languages - especially something lower level like Rust/C++. Other likes - small teams, minimal bureaucracy, automation, tough requirements (latency, throughput, distributed, etc).
