Backend Engineer with Distributed Systems Expertise

I am a software engineer with a long and solid experience. I have worked and lived in San Francisco, London, and I have now relocated back to Brazil. Although I have a strong experience in the whole stack, my focus is on the backend, specially on distributed systems, building scalable, reliable and performant systems. I also have demonstrable experience in building teams, processes and a healthy engineering culture.
