Consultant and Coach in Rails

Looking particularly for consulting/contracting and coaching opportunities; have a bunch of juniors? A couple hours a week of expert advice is a serious force-multiplier, everything from simple unblocking / getting heads on straight to 'oh, there's an existing feature for that'.
