Fractional CTO and Tech Advisor

Would anyone be interested in Fractional CTO or Tech Advisor (particularly useful for non-technical founders who want to build their technical team). I normally advise 3 early startups at a time (from seed to Series B), but one had an exit and another one is mature enough, so that I've got some free time for a new one. For Tech advisor role I only ask for equity (0.5% to 1%) stock options, with whatever vesting calendar, no other compensation. Normally doing between 1-3 hours a week. For Fractional CTO, it would be up to 10 hours a week.
