Jonathan is a DevOps professional with a PhD in Physics specializing in computational biophysics. He is proficient in Python and Bash, with working knowledge of JS, Go, and SQL. His extensive DevOps experience includes Kubernetes, Ansible, Docker, and CI/CD, alongside platform expertise in Linux, AWS, and on-prem infrastructure. He also has experience with HPC/ML tools like SLURM, Ceph, TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch, as well as biophysical simulation software.
