Software Architect and Mentor

Making software for 35+ years.. Seen quite some things.. and attitudes, bottom to top, wearing many hats, always hands-on. Have my own python course, coding style, some open-sourced stuff, and even opinions on things. I am looking for mentoring a team or 3 - newbies or not. As a playing trainer, within the team and the project/work. And/or advising about how to do things better, even on chief/company levels. And/or I can be Principal or Staff engineer, Architect, CTO.. TheTechGuy. And even code somewhat.. But IMO the interesting part of software, is the people, while technicals.. are solvable. I can mentor people how to think correctly. While building something good, together.
